Mostly good, but a snag

I've ordered from Aspire Art Glass a few times now, and they usually do a great job, much like some of the Etsy artisan shops I like. My custom glass memorial was beautiful and exactly as I hoped, but this time the delivery took nearly three weeks longer than the estimated 10-14 days. Still, the quality is consistently good.

Detailed review of glass sculpture

I purchased an abstract glass art sculpture a few weeks ago. The ordering process on their website was straightforward, and I appreciated the clear product photos. Delivery took about 8 days to reach me in California, which was within the estimated window, so no complaints there. The sculpture arrived well-packaged in a sturdy box with ample padding, which is important for glass items. When I unboxed it, the colors were vibrant and true to what was shown online. The quality of the glass felt substantial and well-made; you can tell it's handcrafted. I did have a question about cleaning it, so I used their online chat support, and they responded pretty quickly with helpful instructions. My only small criticism is that the base of the sculpture wasn't perfectly flat, causing a slight wobble on a smooth surface, but it's not very noticeable once it's placed carefully. Overall, a positive experience and I'm pleased with the art piece.

Beautiful memorial glass pendant!

I just received my memorial glass pendant and it's even more stunning in person! The craftsmanship is just incredible. My order shipped fast too, arrived in only 3 days. I couldn't be happier with it, such a special piece. I'll definitely be shopping here again for gifts. Everyone should check out their unique glass art!

Good heart, quick service

I ordered a cremation glass heart. It arrived faster than expected, which was a relief. The quality seemed good for the price. I just wish the tracking updates had been a little more frequent. Otherwise, a smooth process.

Another great glass vase

This was my third order from Aspire Art Glass, another hand-blown glass vase. Just like before, the quality was great and it arrived fast. Always happy with their unique pieces. Keeps me coming back.

Great value on memorial pendant

This was my first time buying from Aspire Art Glass. I was looking for a memorial glass pendant and found a good deal with their first-order discount. The price was very competitive compared to other places I looked, making it feel like a worthwhile purchase. Shipping took about a week to get here, which was fine. The pendant itself is beautiful, though the chain it came with felt a little delicate for daily wear. Overall, I'm happy with the value.

Reliable for memorial items

I've ordered from Aspire Art Glass a few times now, mainly for memorial glass paperweights. This latest order was for a custom memorial paperweight, and it was consistent with my past experiences. The process for sending ashes was clear, and they kept me updated. I keep coming back because I trust them with these sensitive items. The craftsmanship is always good, and the pieces feel personal. My only minor issue this time was the packaging; it seemed a bit less secure than previous orders, though nothing was damaged.

Lovely memorial pendant, good service

I ordered a memorial glass pendant after seeing their site. Sending the ashes was a straightforward process, they sent a kit and clear instructions. It took about 5 weeks for the finished piece to arrive, which was in line with what they said for custom work. The pendant itself is beautiful, really well-made, and a comforting way to keep a memory. Packaging was secure, no issues with shipping. I had one question about the tracking and their customer service responded within a day. Overall, a smooth and respectful experience during a difficult time. I appreciated the care they put into it.

Nice paperweight, slow delivery

I bought a glass paperweight as a gift. The item itself is very pretty and looks well-crafted, just like the pictures. The price felt fair for a handmade item. My only real complaint was the delivery. It took nearly two weeks to get here, which felt a bit long for a non-custom piece. I'd still probably buy from them again for the quality, but I'd plan for slower shipping next time.
